ULTIMA^® SV QUAD SEAL

The Ultima^® SV Quad Seal is a vertical/form/fill/seal packaging machine which produces an attractive flat bottom style bag with four corner "quad" seals. Quad seal bags can be made from lighter-weight film than a traditional flat bottom bag.

  • Bag Length: Same as standard flat bottom bag length for a 12-16 inch machine

  • Edge Seal width: .125 - .5 Inches (Depends on customer preference, film type, etc.)

  • Speed: Similar to standard flat bottom bag speeds (up to 60 bags/min)

  • Zipper option available

• Specifications for 15-22 Version

  • Bag Width Range: 3.5 - 11 Inches

  • Bag Depth Range: 2.25 - 6 Inches

  • Width and depth combinations are limited by the overall 31 inch web width.

  • Bag Length: Same as standard flat bottom bag length for a 15-22 inch machine

  • Edge Seal width: .125 - .5 Inches (Depends on customer preference, film type, etc.)

  • Speed: Similar to standard flat bottom bag speeds (up to 60 bags/min)

  • Zipper option available
